Driveways, pool decks, patios, and travertine, sealed and restored to last. Vestra is Tampa Bay's paver sealing specialist. It is the only thing we do, which is exactly why we do it right the first time.

Florida sun fades them, summer rain erodes the joints, and humidity invites mold and weeds. Professional sealing locks in the color, hardens the joints, repels stains, and makes upkeep effortless. The payoff is hardscape that stays beautiful for years, and a home that holds its value.
UV-stable sealers stop the gray, chalky fade and bring back the rich, just-installed tone, with deep color enhancement included.
Hardened joint sand blocks weeds and shifting, while the sealed surface resists oil, rust, mold, and mildew.
Sealed, maintained hardscape reads as a cared-for home, the kind of curb appeal buyers and neighbors notice.

Learn more →Driveways, pool decks, walkways, and lanais brought back to clean. Step one of every seal, available on its own.
Learn more →The order and the timing are everything. Skip a step or seal at the wrong time, and the finish fails. Here is how we make it last.
We walk the property with you, identify the paver type and its condition, and map exactly what the job needs before we quote it.
Pressure clean the whole surface, then turbo-clean every joint to clear mold, weeds, and old residue.
Blow out the old joint sand, then re-sand the joints so they are full and stable before a drop of sealer goes down.
A saturating flood coat and a finish coat, applied only once the surface is fully dry and the forecast gives it time to cure before rain.
We give the seal its full cure window before normal use, and on pool decks we add a non-slip additive so the finish is never slick. Clear walk-on and drive-on times, in writing.
We inspect the cured result with you and leave you a surface built to last two to three years.

Rich, sealed, and protected, the way Florida hardscape should look.
Most companies seal pavers somewhere between a roof wash and a gutter cleaning. We do not. Paver sealing is the entire business, which is why we get it right the first time and stand behind it in writing.
A great seal job is not luck. It is the right sealer, the right prep, and the right timing, done the same way every time. That consistency is what earns a zero-callback reputation, and it is the standard we hold every Vestra job to.
Anyone can promise quality. We put ours in writing. Every Vestra project carries a 2-year warranty and a satisfaction guarantee, clearly spelled out before we start.
Two full years of coverage on the seal, in writing, on every residential job.
We walk the finished result with you and do not consider the job done until you are happy.

No. On pool decks and walkways we add a non-slip additive to the final coat, so you get the rich sealed look without a slick surface.
That milky haze comes from solvent-based sealers trapping moisture, or from sealing right before rain. We use water-based sealers and let every coat cure fully before weather hits. It is the single most important discipline in this trade, and getting it right is exactly what our process is built around.
Rain is part of every Florida summer, and we plan for it. We run the application around the weather: a morning start, a genuinely dry surface, and confirmed dry hours behind the coat before storms arrive. Managing that timing is our job, not yours. You book the reseal, not the forecast, and the finish cures clean. Doing it right beats doing it fast.
Typically two to three years, a little less on a driveway baking in full sun all day. Gentle routine care stretches that and keeps the finish looking fresh between full re-seals.
You can, but between materials, equipment, and the real risk of the white-haze failure, a professional job is usually cheaper once you factor in the redo. Sealer also has a short pot life once mixed, so there is no second chance on a coat.
Yes. Resetting and hardening the joint sand is standard prep on every seal: it stabilizes the surface and blocks weed growth. We will walk you through sand versus no-sand options honestly at the quote.
Usually a few hours to walk on, and we will give you a clear window for furniture, pets, and vehicles before we leave.
