Agreement

These terms govern your use of vestrapaversealing.com and the services provided by Vestra Paver Sealing LLC ("Vestra," "we," "us"). By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Vestra provides paver sealing, cleaning, restoration, sealer stripping, and related hardscape surface services in the Tampa Bay area. We do not provide paver installation or structural work.

Estimates and pricing

Any estimate provided through our website, instant-quote tool, phone, or text is a preliminary, non-binding range based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment. Surface conditions, size, and other factors observed on site may change the final price. Cleaning results vary by the type and age of staining. Some staining, particularly non-organic staining such as rust or paint, may require separate treatment and may not fully clear. Paver re-leveling and repair are assessed and quoted separately.

Scheduling and payment

Work is scheduled after an estimate is accepted. Payment terms are provided with your written quote. A deposit may be required to reserve a booking.

SMS terms

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive messages from Vestra Paver Sealing about your request, including quote replies, appointment and scheduling confirmations, job updates, and occasional review requests after a completed job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details. Warranty

Any workmanship warranty is stated in your written service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from normal wear, weather, improper maintenance, or conditions outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestra Paver Sealing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
